
KEC International, an RPG group company, has secured orders worth INR 740 crore spread across its transmission, power systems, railways and cable businesses.
In transmission, the company has got orders from Bangladesh US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil. In power systems, it has orders from Malaysia and Kenya.
It has also secured an order for setting up power supply, signaling and telecommunication systems on a turnkey basis, in consortium with a CIS-based company, in Turkmenistan. The project is worth INR 588 crore of which KEC share is INR 192 crore.
KEC also got orders for power and telecom cables valued at INR 212 crore.
