Kalpataru Power Transmission posted a 15.22% growth in its net profit at INR 50.78 crore for the quarter ended December 31st 2010. The company had a net profit of INR 44.07 crore in the same period last year.

Kalpataru Power Transmission in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange said that its total income of the firm also increased to INR 793.04 crore in the October-December quarter from INR 719.23 crore in the year ago period.
