Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd said that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 6, has decided to invest INR 900,450,000 in JMC Projects (India) Ltd towards preferential issue of 4,350,000 equity shares of INR 10 each at price of INR 207 a share.

It said that the allotment of preferential issue is subject to regulatory permission required under SEBI guidelines.
