Kochi Metro Rail Limited has completed site inspection of the 23 proposed stations. The inspection was carried out at Petta, near Thripunothura, Thykkoodam, Elamkulam, GCDA, South Railway Station, Maharajas Ground, Madhava Pharmacy Junction, Lissy Junction, Kaloor, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Palarivattom, Edappilly and High School station. Officials from KMRL, DMRC and land acquisition officials from the revenue department participated in the inspection.

Mr Tom Jose MD KMRL said that “After getting the report and the feasibility study, we will take a final call on the number as well as the location of stations.”
