Larsen and Toubro has recently bagged two orders amounting to INR 415 crores from Hindalco and Sepco-I.

The Hindalco order worth INR 253 crores is for carrying out structural steel works for the 6x150 MW captive power plant in Orissa.

The Sepco-I order valued at INR 162 crores is for the erection of boilers for their 2x660 MW Talwandi Sabo Power plant, developed by Sterlite Energy Limited in Punjab. Sepco- I had already awarded INR225 crores to L&T during the first quarter of this year for carrying out civil works for this project.
