Open offer has been made by Ultimate Logistics Solutions Private Limited and Metallurgical Engineering and Equipments Limited (formerly known as Siddharth Holdings Private Limited) along with Ushdev International Limited to acquire 27,15,74,809 equity shares of Lloyds Steel Industries Limited in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India Regulations, 2011 and subsequent amendments thereto at the price of INR 11.65 per share.
