Continuing with its habit of creating records, Maheshwari Handling Agency Pvt Ltd has now loaded a record 20,000 tonnes of bentonite in just 12 hours and 15 minutes on to the vessel MV Asean Victory at Kandla Port.

The vessel berthed at CJ-4 on the evening of November 10 and loading commenced at 0045 hours on November 11 and was completed at 1345 hours on the same day with the work being slightly interrupted by rain for 45 minutes.

The Kandla Port Trust officials have once again congratulated the handling agent, Maheshwari Handling Agency, for this achievement, along with ship agent Ashit Shipping Service, shipper Shri Haree Impex, charterer Glory Shipping, buyer Taiko Bleaching and CHA Krishna Clearing Agency.
