
Economic Times reported that Mahindra Navistar Automotives Ltd is aiming to boost up current production of trucks to 50,000 per year in the medium term.
Mr Nalin Mehta MD of Mahindra Navistar Automotives Limited said that "We are planning to produce 50,000 trucks per year in the next 3-4 years and also launch integrated solutions for the company products by this year end.”
Mr He was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of rolling out the 1,000th Navistar truck in Andhra Pradesh.
Mehta said over 5,000 trucks have been so far produced from MNAL's plant at Chakan in Pune district.
