McNally Bharat Engineering Company Ltd has informed BSE that the company has sold 1,48,598 equity shares of INR 10 each fully paid up of McNally Sayaji Engg Ltd to EIG Ltd on October 20.
With this sale, the company’s holdings in McNally Sayaji Engineering Ltd have decreased from 64,78,296 equity shares to 63,29,698 equity shares.
