The MoU between Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd and Indian Oil Corporation was signed on November 4th 2009.
The MoU covers setting up of Nuclear Power Plants in the country for generation of electricity and any other area as mutually agreed.
A Joint Venture Company has been incorporated in the name of NPCIL Indian Oil Nuclear Energy Corporation Limited.
