It is reported that Mr KS Sharma will be joining Bhushan Power & Steel Limited on October 3rd 2011 as Executive Director Exports.

Mr Sharma, a veteran in steel trade with more than 34 years of experience, was last heading the steel exports at Bhushan Steel Limited spending about 10 years.

Mr Sharma has also worked earlier with renowned steel companies including Bharat Berg Limited, Abul Khair Steel in Bangladesh, Khandelwal Tubes and Prakash Tube Limited.

Mr Sharma said that he is looking forward for this new assignment and hopes to leverage his experience to expand BPSL’s export reach.

Bhushan Power & Steel Limited is a fully integrated 2.3 million tonnes per annum steel making with steel plants at Chandigarh, Derabassi, Kolkata and Jharsuguda in Orissa. Its products range includes pig iron, billets, rebars, wire rods HR coils, CR coils, galvanized products and tubes.
