Mr Y Manohar director (Personnel) of Visakhapatnam Steel Plant who was elected National President of Indian Society for Training and Development, was felicitated by its Visakhapatnam Chapter and other professional bodies like Visakhapatnam Management Association, National Institute of Personal Management, National HRD Network, Visakha Chapter.

Mr. Manohar thanked all and recalled his experiences at a conference in Toronto where he found a lot of respect for Indian values and systems. They organised seminars and conference in a professional way, he said, adding that we have a lot to learn from those conferences.
