BL reported that Bharat Earth Movers Ltd CMD Mr VRS Natarajan has been bestowed with “NIPM Ratna” award by the National Institute of Personnel Management in its annual conference at Visakhapatnam.

According to company press release, Mr Natarajan has been honoured for his contributions in the human resources field, both in private and public sectors, with scientific and pragmatic approaches, that have not only yielded unprecedented results in productivity, punctuality and profitability but also brought in new concepts with regard to work ethics, accountability and contribution, matching to the economic policies of the Government, were cited while presenting the award.
