NHPC announces change in directorate

NHPC Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Power vide Office Order dated September 29th 2009 conveyed that Mr Jayant Kawale is relieved from his duties as Joint Secretary (Hydro) with effect from the after noon of September 24th 2009.

Accordingly Mr Jayant Kawale Ceases to be a Director on the Board of NHPC Ltd with effect from the after noon of September 24th 2009.
