Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Limited has announced that Ms Chanda Kochhar part time non official director (Independent Director) has vide her letter dated June 23rd 2009 stepped down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on June 24th 2009, has taken note of the above letter and accepted her resignation.
