Leading hydro mechanical engineering company, Om Metals Infraprojects Ltd said that it has purchased around five acres of property at Jaipur for INR 158 crore to develop high end apartments.

The company, which has acquired the land through Maharaja Shree Umlad Mills Ltd aims to develop high end apartments focusing on niche clientele and provide world class amenities.

The project would be spread over 19,135 square metres area of land and is located at Prithviraj Road in Jaipur.

The project would be executed through the company’s 100% subsidiary, Om Metals Consortium Pvt Ltd and is expected to be completed over the next three years.

Mr Vikas Kothari director business development said that “We foresee a revival in the demand for luxury apartments. This project is in a prime location in Jaipur and will cater to the upper end and niche segment audience.”
