Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd has informed BSE that Ministry of Power vide Office Order dated December 27th 2011 has conveyed the appointment of following two non official part time directors on the board of the company with Immediate effect for a period of three years, or until further orders whichever event occurs the earlier.
