Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has chalked out an investment plan amounting to INR 1.075 billion. The amount would be deployed for 765 kV System for central part of Northern Grid Part-III Project.

The project is scheduled to be commissioned within 30 months from the date of investment approval that is October 28th 2009. The board of directors of the company has accorded its consent in the aforesaid matter.
