Punj Lloyd Infrastructure Ltd a wholly owned subsidiary of Punj Lloyd Ltd, has received a Letter of Award from the Delhi Police for the construction of police residential complex at Dheerpur, Delhi, on Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer basis.

The project, estimated to cost INR 1300 crore, involved construction of over 5000 residential units (approximately 4 million square feet) along with necessary utility facilities and non residential infrastructure such as schools and shopping facilities.
