Suzlon Energy has said that its subsidiary, REpower Systems will supply three turbines to Sweden’s Klagerup Kraft AB, to be installed by 2011.

REpower in which Suzlon Energy is the majority shareholder with 90% stake has signed an agreement with Klagerup Kraft AB for delivery of three wind turbines to Sweden.

However, the financial details of the deal were not immediately available.

Mr Per Hornung Pedersen CMO of REpower Systems said that “Sweden is an important market for the future of wind energy.”
