Ramsarup Industries Limited bagged orders worth INR 62 crore from the Rajasthan Urban Sector Development Investment Program for laying of sewerage lines at Jhunjhunu and Nagaur districts in northern Rajasthan.

Mr Ashish Jhunjhunwal CMID of Ramsarup Industries Limited said "Bagging Orders in the infrastructure sector is in line with our goal of forward integration. By catering to both the power and infrastructure sectors, we are set to cement our position as a leading player in this field."

However, Ramsarup has been carrying out successfully several similar projects in Rajasthan. The current order book of Ramsarup is now over INR 500 crore.

Meanwhile, Ramsarup Industries Limited had ventured into the laying of transmission lines and a separate unit, Ramsarup Infrastructure was set up to undertake this activity. It is this unit that is currently in charge of the new projects being bagged by the Company.
