SKF India profit raises about 39pct for March 2011 quarter

SKF India announced a substantial rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 2011.
During the quarter the profit of the company rose 39.89% to INR 609.50 million from INR 435.70 million in the same quarter previous year.
Net sales for the quarter rose 25.48% to INR 6,281.00 million while total income for the quarter rose 25.48% to INR 6,281.00 million when compared with the prior year period.
