The Sattur Chamber of Commerce and Industries has sought the implementation of the Chennai-Kanyakumari double line project without further delay.

In a letter addressed to the, Ms Mamata Banerjee union railway minister, the chamber Secretary, Mr PTKA Balasubramanian said the project has been pending for many years. He appealed for quick survey and allocation of funds to enable the completion of the project in five years.
