Saurashtra Cement Q2 net loss up by 25pct

Saurashtra Cement reported a net loss of INR 16.50 crore for the Q2 ended September 30th 2009 up by 25.47 % from a net loss of INR 13.15 crore in the same period previous fiscal.
Saurashtra Cement in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange said that its total income declined to INR 70.94 crore in the latest quarter ended September 30 against INR 104.14 crore in the same period last year.
