Sical Logistics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 24th 2009 has inducted Mr Shyam Sundar SG as an additional director into the Board as a nominee of IDFC PE wef September 24th 2009
The Board also accepted the resignation of Mr Luis Miranda nominee director of IDFC PE from the Board effective from September 24th 2009.The Board has in principle approved the acquisition of Goodwill Travels & Cargo.
