
Simplex Infrastructures, amongst India’s top 3 infrastructure players & one of India’s leading infrastructure solutions providers, announced that in its joint venture with ACC (Arabian Construction Company) it has been awarded the contract for civil construction of the world's tallest residential building World One, by Lodha Developers. The contract, estimated to be worth over INR 450 crore, is slated to be completed in 38 months.
The world's tallest residential tower in Mumbai will boast of over 117 stories, and will be built on a 17 acre site at Senapati Bapat Marg in Upper Worli. World One, slated to be around 1,450 feet, will be a landmark in Mumbai.
Commenting on the contract, Mr BD Mundhra CMD of Simplex Infrastructures Ltd said that “We at Simplex are proud to have bagged such a significant project in Mumbai, which is aimed to become a marvelous gem in Mumbai’s architecture.
