Simplex Infrastructures announced a decline in standalone net profit for the quarter ended September 2010. During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 3.76% to INR 268.70 million from INR 279.20 million in the same quarter previous year.

The company’s net sales for the quarter for the quarter rose marginally 2.56% to INR 10,498.80 million, while total income for the quarter rose marginally 2.59% to INR 10,532.30 million, when compared with the prior year period.
