Post Republic day the market saw glimmer of resilience bringing some relief to the traders and stockiest. Without any qualms it seems to be another speculative charge before the onset of another month. Otherwise lackluster hue tends to brighten in the month end in anticipation of price hike by the mills.
Deceptively attention catching rally should be written off as momentary as the steel majors and secondary sector brace up for another hike in the range of INR 500 per tonne given the urgency before the culmination of financial year and shades of revival in international prices.
With inflation somewhat controlled and RBI giving the first signs of growth triggering inducement by cutting CRR by 50 basis points the time must be ripe for another flurry by steel mills.
