According to Mr D Ravichandar CEO of JSW Steels Limited, Because of the stimulus given by the government, Indian industrialists and manufacturers have not felt the effects of recession as faced by the other developed countries.

Mr Ravichandar delivering a key note address at the Central Excise Day celebrations said that the industries had started looking better.

He said that “Our request at this stage to the government will be to continue the stimulus package announced two years ago, for some more time, till we come out fully out of recession.”
