Sunflag Iron & Steel Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held has considered and recommended a Final Dividend @ 5% on the Equity Shares INR 0.50 Per Equity Share of the Company for the financial year 2009 TO 2010 subject to approval of Members at the Annual General Meeting.
