Surya Roshni profit surges in March quarter

Surya Roshni announced a substantial rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended March 2011.
During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 38.67% to INR 401.3 million from INR 289.4 million in the same quarter previous year.
Its net sales for the quarter for the quarter jumped by 46.66% to INR 7,389.9 million.
It total income for the quarter jumped 46.75% to INR 7,397.8 million, when compared with the prior year period.
