Titagarh Wagons said it has appointed Ms Vinita Bajoria and Mr Saket Kandoi as vice president commercial and senior executive respectively.

Titagarh Wagons in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange said that the shareholders have also approved appointments of Mr NK Mittal and Mr Subrata Paul as directors of the company.

The filling said that the company has also sought approval of members for setting up of Axle Machining and Wheel set assembling facility for an estimated cost of INR 12.93 crore.
