The cement production of UltraTech Cement, the Aditya Birla company, for the April to September 2011 period stood at 18.596 million tonnes as against 18.633 million tonnes during April to September 2010 period.

Dispatches have been sustained at 18.613 million tonnes during April to September 2011 vis a vis 18.614 million tonnes in the corresponding period of 2010.

Cement production for the month of September 2011 was 2.77 million tonnes and dispatches were 2.756 million tonnes.
