Unitech disclosed a small rise in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2010.

During the quarter, the profit of the company rose 5.25% to INR 1,388.70 million from INR 1,319.40 million in the same quarter last year.

Net sales for the quarter declined 39.64% to INR 3,881 million, while total income for the quarter fell 33.61% to INR 4,751.50 million, when compared with the prior year period.
