Visakhapatnam Port sets new rake loading record

Bulk cargoes totaling a record 65,214 tonnes were loaded on to 16 BOXN and 2 BOBRN rakes belonging to the Visakhpatnam Port Trust’s Rail recently at Visakhapatnam Port.
A VPT release said that this surpasses the previous best loading of 16 BOXN and one BOBRN rakes with 64,433 tonnes achieved on September 7th 2008.
