Zenith Birla (India) reported a decline in standalone net profit for the quarter ended December 2010.

During the quarter, the profit of the company declined 4.37% to INR 43.80 million from INR 45.80 million in the same quarter previous year.

The company’s net sales for the quarter declined 9.89% to INR 1,376 million, while total income for the quarter fell 9.89% to INR 1,376.00 million, when compared with the prior year period.
