The 2009 Australasian Corrosion Association conference on corrosion and prevention will be held in Coffs Harbour from November 15th 2009 to November 18th 2009.

According to ACA, the conference to be held at the Novotel Pacific Bay Resort will feature a total of 80 peer reviewed technical papers and five keynote papers.

ACA said that some of the topics to be discussed at Corrosion & Prevention 2009 include ‘Pitting Potentials of Aluminium Alloys and their Use to Determine the Probability of Pitting Corrosion’ and ‘Metal Dusting of Nickel and Cobalt-Base Alloys’.
