Ameron International Corporation announced that it has restructured its management team and eliminated the position of COO.

With immediate effect, Mr James S Marlen chairman & CEO has taken on the additional title of president, Mr Gary Wagner has become SVP finance and administration and CFO and Mr James R McLaughlin has become SVP, Corporate Development and Treasurer.
