Tenova Melt Shops has recently been contracted from Arcelor Mittal to provide the turnkey supply of a 300 tons Ladle Furnace that will operate in integrated cycle in Arcelor Mittal plant (ex Sidmar) located at Gent, Belgium, and specilized in high quality steel for automotive sector.

The turnkey technology will be operative in December 2013.

This contract follows the Twin Ladle Furnace of 320 tonnes already supplied in 2006 to ArcelorMittal Poland for the plant located at Dabrowa Gornicza and confirms the high reliability of Tenova Melt Shops technology.
