According to centralized data of the Municipal Agency for Labor Force Employment Bucharest, the total number of unemployed both receiving benefits and without such benefits, in Bucharest, rose in late December 2011 to 21,697 people, the rate of unemployment is being 2%.

Total number of recipients of unemployment benefits was 9,287, of whom 5,142 women and at the level of the graduates 1,170 received such benefits, of whom 650 women.

Since the beginning of this year, at the level of the Capital, 22,023 unemployed have found work, including 640 graduates, and 694 unemployed graduated vocational training re training courses organized by AMOFM, with a number of 834 unemployed being included in them.

According to AMOFM, the civil active population of the Capital was in number of 1,082,500 million people, by December 31st 2011.
