El Universal reported that Colombia’s biggest steelmaker Acerías Paz del Río, which is owned by the Brazilian company Votorantim, is to file legal actions against steel imports from Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela, as those countries are selling the product below its cost of production.

APR statement said “The board of directors of Acerías Paz del Río has agreed to start the necessary legal proceedings with regard to dumped imports of steel products from Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela.”
