Corinth Pipeworks SA informs that, pursuant to article 16, par.3 of Law 3556/2007 and following the respective resolution of the ordinary general shareholders meeting dated June 12th 2007, the company has proceeded on December 29th 2011 to the issuance of a common bond loan amounting EUR 10 million with National Bank Of Greece SA (95%) and National Bank Of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd (5%) as bond holders, with a three years maturity in order to partially refinance the company's outstanding debt.
