
VietNamNet Bridge reported that Danang authorities have approved a project to build an enormous steel made stand to accommodate 26,000 visitors for the International Fireworks Competition 2010. The seating will be the largest steel made platform in Vietnam.
The 2009 seating for the International Fireworks Competition could hold only 6000 people. The stands will comprise two zones namely Zone A with around 10,000 seats and Zone B with around 16,000 seats. This work will be designed and built by the Indochina JS Company. The stage will be built on the Han River and tickets will cost around VND 300,000 for seats in Zone B. Danang's fireworks competition has become an annual event since 2007, attracting many firework teams from various countries.
