Since Korean Dongbu Steel started EAF and hot rolling production on July 1st 2009, they have exported over 10,000 tonnes hot rolled coils to the Southeast Asia importers.

Dongbu Steel plans to produce 100,000 tonnes monthly from September and 70,000 tonnes is for exporting.
