It is reported that South Korea Dongbu Steel planned to cut its export volumes of hot rolled coil in November 2011.

It is known that the company exported 46,000 tonnes of HRC in October 2011, the highest level since this year, driven by the appreciated US dollar against the Korean won.

However, the company planned to reduce the export volume after the currency rate became stable from the middle of October 2011.
