Downsizing deal - ArcelorMittal ends partial lay offs at Florange

Bloomberg reported that ArcelorMittal has ended partial lay offs at its Florange plant in northeastern France after a rebound in the demand for steel, particularly from carmakers.
As recently as December 2009, management planned to continue with the partial lay offs.
