It is reported that Taiwan's Feng Hsin Iron & Steel is expected to raise rebar base price by TWD 200 per tonne next week. Feng Hsin's rebar base price is prevailing at around TWD 16,400 per tonne in this week.

There have no rebar suppliers are willing to receive low price orders because most of them have been fully booked for this week's allocation.

A manager at Feng Hsin said that the company is likely to increase rebar price in next week due to more stabilized scrap price.
