Feng Hsin, one of the major rebar producers in Taiwan, has announced its price policy for this week. The company decided to remain the list prices for rebar, section steel and scrap unchanged for this week.

After the adjustment, the company's latest prices of rebar are at TWD 20,300 per tonne; that of section steel is at TWD 22,400 to TWD 22,600 per tonne and that of scrap is at TWD 12,400 to TWD 13,200 per tonne.

Market analyst said that Feng Hsin decided to remain the prices as the NT dollar depreciation recently. Feng Hsin can purchase the scrap by lower cost due to the NT dollar depreciation.
