
Gerdau Holdings sells more than USD 1 billion 10 year notes
Reuters reported that Gerdau Holdings has sold USD 1.25 billion of 10 year notes in the Rule 144a private placement market.
The 7% notes were priced at 98.20 to yield 390.1 basis points more than comparable US Treasuries.
The active lead managers of the sale were HSBC and Banco Santander. Bank of America, Citigroup, JPMorgan and Itau were the passive lead managers.
