It is reported that South Korean Hysco would launch a new hot dipped galvanized line at its Dangjin plant by early October 2011.

It is known that annual production capacity of the new No 2 line is expected to reach 250,000 tonnes. Hysco has started the trails recently.

Hysco expected to supply 2.3 million tonnes of auto sheet to the carmaker this year by the commission of the new No 2 HDG line. Meanwhile, the No 1 HDG line at Dangjin works owns 350 thousand tons of annual capacity.

Also, Hysco currently operates a HDG facility in Suncheon and it expected to commission the second HDG line with 300,000 tonnes of annual production capacity by January 2012.
